In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, simply notify us of your decision by email at customercare@aleimaparis.com or via the contact form available on our website. Once your request has been submitted, you have an additional fourteen (14) days to return the relevant product(s) to us.
Direct return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the returned product.
Returned products must be sent back in their original condition, accompanied by their original packaging, any accessories and protective materials, and must not have been used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, soiling, or any other alteration that prevents them from being resold as new may be refused for refund.
The films and protective covers on the metal parts of the products must be kept in place. Their removal may be considered an alteration of the product, which could affect the conditions for a refund.
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your initial purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
The return of products is the customer's responsibility until they are effectively received by our services. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of postage.
In the event of loss, theft, or damage to the package during return transit, Aleima Paris cannot be held liable, and no refund can be issued until the product has been received by us.
